Instruction for Use	Prepare nasal irrigation solution Pour warm water into the nasal irrigation bottle, add the corresponding amount of nasal irrigation salt, tighten the cap and shake it until the salt is completely dissolved. The recommended saline concentration is isotonic (0.9%), which is the first choice for daily care. 2. Starting position Lean forward, turn your head to one side, keep your mouth open, and breathe through your mouth throughout. Do not inhale through your nose or hold your breath. 3. Start rinsing Press the nasal irrigation nozzle tightly against the upper nostril and gently squeeze the bottle. Salt water will flow out of the other nostril. Apply gentle force. Do not pinch hard to avoid choking water or salt water rushing into your ears. 4. Switch to the other side to rinse Turn your head to the other side, aim the nozzle at the other nostril, and repeat the squeezing and rinsing. 5. Blow your nose after rinsing After rinsing, gently blow your nose on both sides. Do not forcefully blow both nostrils at the same time to prevent salt water from entering the middle ear and causing ear fullness and pain. 6. Cleaning and storage Pour out the remaining liquid in the bottle, rinse the bottle body and the nozzle with clean water, open it to dry, and store it in a well-ventilated place. Do not keep it tightly sealed to prevent bacterial growth.
