How can we place an order with HEAVEN?

Can we place an order online?

A: For now, it is not available, but it will come soon, for large order, please contact us for more details.

Can an individual place an order or does HEAVEN only deal with corporations or distributors directly?

A: Yes, but if the quantity is really too small, you can just come to our online shop for online shopping.Our saleman will help you with the details.

Which Port is close to HEAVEN?

A: Ningbo and Shanghai.

What’s the delivery time?

A: Normally, the delivery time is about 30-45days after receive the deposit.But it depends on the order quantity, you can just contact our saleman for further confirmation by then.

How are shipping charges determined?

A: Shipping charges are based on weight and size of your shipment.

Can we get samples from HEAVEN?

A: Of course, you can just contact our saleman for the samples you needed, and please provide your courier account,such as DHL,TNT,FedEx,UPS etc, so that we can send you samples by freight collect.Normally,if the sample quantity is not very big, the samples can be free, Otherwise,you need to pay the sample fees,If the business is succeed,this cost can be deducted from your first order.

What’s the MOQ and payment term you can accept?

A: 1. The MOQ of each item normally have been showed on the page of product informations, if not, you can just contact our saleman for the answers.

2. Currently, we can accept 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment,or L/C at sight is also available.For other payment terms, please contact our saleman for more details.

Can we have the products with our own brand?

A: Yes, no problem, but it is based on a big quantity which is workable for us,please by then contact our saleman for more details.
