Hydrogel Dressing (Bordered) consists of transparent waterproof PU film and semi-transparent flexible gel. It is highly conformable and permeable to air and moisture vapor, which is usually indicated for dry wounds or minimum exudates wounds. It can hydrate dry wound beds and soften and loosen slough and necrotic wound tissues to promote debridement and create a moist wound healing environment. Hydrogel dressing has also been shown to promote granulation and reduce the temperature of a wound bed.
