Elastic Adhesive Bandage is made of high twist cotton elastic cloth coated with a strong zinc oxide adhesive. Which provides strength for dynamic strapping. It is used to support joints and soft tissue strapping and immobilization. Its strong adhesive helps it stay in place, even in the toughest environments. The red centre line on the product permits accurate overlap during application.

Applications

It is used for ankle taping, knee taping, hand taping and wrist taping. It is frequently used by sports physiotherapy in the prevention and treatment of sprained ankles.

Instruction For Use
  1. Thoroughly wash the affected area, ensuring to remove any trace of creams or moisturizers.
  2. Pat dry the area, making sure all moisture is removed
  3. Carefully cut the desired amount of EAB Bandage
  4. Sticking the adhesive side to the skin, wrap the elastic tape around the injured joint
  5. To apply more compression, stretch the tape as you apply it (Take care not to apply too tightly, and check for signs of constriction after application, e.g. Discolouration)
  • High quality extensible tension for correct positioning.
  • Air permeable adhesive to help prevent skin maceration.
  • Fluffy non-fray edges to prevent the bandage from marking the skin.
  • Red line to simplify accurate overlap during application.
  • Good unwind tensile then similar products.
