Instant Perineal Cold Pack is made from soft non-woven outer layer, absorbent resin cotton pad, adhesive strip and instant ice pack, it is very similar to the regular instant ice pack, but it is specially designed for postpartum and perineal pain relief, it is a low-cost non-invasive localised treatment that can be used with no impact on breastfeeding

Applications

It is used for postpartum and perineal pain relief

Instruction

1. While the Instant Cold Pack is still in the bag, fold it in half to pop the inner pouch to activate
2. Shake pack to complete activation. 
3. Tear open the bag and remove the instant ice pack.
4. Peel off paper strip to reveal adhesive.
5. Apply cold therapy for no longer than 20 minutes.

6. Discard used pack in the proper receptacle.

Cautions

1. For external use only. Adult supervision recommended.
2. Do not puncture. If bag breaks and fluid contacts skin, or eyes, immediately flush area with large amounts of water.
3. Do not swallow contents. If contents accidentally swallowed drink large amounts of water and contact Poison Control Centre or physician.
4. Cold therapy should not be used by individuals with circulatory problems, unless under the direct supervision of a physician.
