Bordered Hydrocolloid Dressing is made of medical macromolecular viscous material, CMC, high permeability of polyurethane adhesive film and other substrates, according to the wound healing principles, CMC grains can mix with wound fluid in moist and closed environment to create a moist gelation environment on the surface of wounds, which supports the body’s healing process and aids in the removal of unnecessary material from the wound (autolytic debridement) without new tissue. It is applied to prevent articulation carina injury and friction injury and is effective for all kinds of skin blister, acute and small chronic wound for reducing pain, absorbing wound exudation, preventing bacterial infection, accelerating wound healing and reducing scar formation.

Cautions	Chose edge-pressed or ultra-thin according to the extent of exudation Chose suitable dressing according to the wound size, and the dressing size should exceed the wound edge about 1-2cm. Sterilize wound with iodine and stick the dressing on until the surrounding skin of wound becomes dry Replace the dressing up to the exudation level of wound and saturation level of the dressing after absorbing exudation. Generally, replace it 3 to 5 days later. And no more than 7 days. Replace the dressing when the color of it becomes ivory from pale yellow, which indicating it has reached saturation point. Replace it if there is any leakage of exudation.
Instructions	Before applying a dressing, wash your hands and put on clean gloves. Remove the backing paper from dressing.(peel off the release paper from dressing) Apply the dressing to wound area smoothly the dressing tenderly, and hold gently in place for a few seconds to approve adhesion.
Storage	Stored in a well-ventilated clean room with relative humidity less than 80%, and no corrosive gas.
